Shipping policy

Please verify the accuracy of the shipping address before placing your order. Makena Decor's primary method of shipping is through USPS. There may be instances where larger orders or orders requiring special shipping accommodations will be shipped by alternate carriers. Cost for shipping is minimal and based on individual orders. We offer free shipping on orders of $200 or more.  

Please allow 3-5 business days depending on your shipping location to receive your order.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipping may be delayed by an additional 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or text confirmation with tracking information.  

Once shipped, orders are unable to be altered or redirected with the shipping carrier. Any packages returned to Makena Decor as undeliverable or refused, will be given a store credit only. Makena Decor is not responsible for products damaged or lost in the mail delivery or that have been verified as delivered by the shipping carrier.

We hope to be able to ship internationally however, we currently do not ship outside of the U.S.

Damaged Items/Issues

At Makena Decor we try our best to thoroughly inspect our pillow covers before they leave our facility. Please keep in mind that some printed fabrics may show random flecks flaws that should not be considered as a defect. For your benefit, please review your item as soon as it arrives.

If an item arrives damaged, missing or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@makenadecor.com within 3 business days of receiving the products and we will gladly exchange, replace the item or correct the order  Please provide photos of the damage so we can work to determine the best course of action. 

Makena Decor reserves the right to decline returns due to damage or misuse by the customer. We strongly encourage spot or  dry cleaning your pillow covers. Any damages resulting in customer laundering items will not be replaced or repaired.

Returned shipping costs for damaged items will be determined on a case by case basis. Any claims made 3 days after arrival, may not be honored.
