Refund policy

We want to ensure that you have the most rewarding shopping experience possible.  Please don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.

  • Uncertain whether the color or texture of a pillow will work in your space? Request a fabric swatch before going through with your pillow purchase. 
  • Need help deciding on the perfect pillow ensemble for your space? We offer digital mock-up service.  

At the time of purchase, your credit card is charged when you place an order. If an item you've ordered is out-of-stock, you'll be issued a refund for that item. Though we check all orders very carefully, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information such as credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order.

Cancellations

Please be sure to check it twice! Cancellations can be made 24 hours after placing an order and if your order has not been processed. If it is within this timeframe and your order has not been processed, we will immediately refund your full payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund. Cancellations made 25-48 hours after placing the order will incur a cancellation fee of 10% the purchase total. No cancellations can be made after 48 hours or once the order has shipped, whichever is sooner.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns/Exchanges

We encourage customers to place a fabric swatch order prior to purchasing our pillow covers to ensure the color and texture works with your decor project. Makena Decor will accept returns for a full refund or an exchange within 3 days of receiving your shipment. Due to the nature of our business, returns are accepted on a case by case basis. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, otherwise your refund cannot be granted. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Replacements will be shipped once we receive the original products.

To start a return, please send an email to info@makenadecor.com and include the following information :

  • Order number
  • Full name and address
  • Date order was placed 
  • Date order arrived
  • Reason for return

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.  Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you are sent the incorrect order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the products and we will gladly exchange or replace the item. You must notify us before attempting a return in order to get authorization and the proper return instructions. When making your pillow cover returns, please select a reputable shipping carrier that offers tracking and delivery confirmation services.

  • Pillow Inserts 
  • Clearance/Sale Items
  • Fabric Swatches
  • Gift Cards
  • Custom orders
  • Large purchases with (7) pillow covers or more
